02 — Send an enquiry
Tell us the item, size and quantity you need and leave a reachable contact number. For delivery, describe a nearby landmark such as Promised Land apartments and the building or entrance directions. General price/availability enquiries without a delivery destination are also welcome. No GPS or stock-point selection is needed.
03 — Confirm with the team
Deliv can call or message to clarify your directions, then checks price, one separate stock point and delivery arrangements. An enquiry does not reserve stock, take payment or place an order.
04 — Existing delivery requests
If you already have a delivery request and private tracking key, the tracking page remains available. Keep that key private.
