An item enquiry asks for your name, reachable phone number, item name and optional email, specifications, quantity and needed-by information. If you ask about delivery, include a nearby landmark and useful written directions; price/availability-only enquiries do not require a destination. New enquiries go unassigned to the owner for review and possible contact to clarify your request. They do not collect device location, place an order or reserve stock. Earlier requests may retain their existing delivery addresses, consented coordinates and private tracking credentials. The owner must complete the final privacy notice before a wider operational launch.
Maps and device location
Current customer request forms do not request browser geolocation, load a map, store new GPS coordinates or continuously track movements. New requests use the landmark and written directions you provide. Older requests may still retain previously consented coordinates; this change does not erase historical records. Why information is used
The intended purposes are to review stock and service coverage, prepare and arrange delivery, contact you about your request, verify handoff, prevent duplicate submissions and keep required business records. Phone numbers are not used for marketing under this draft.
Who may see it
The owner can review new enquiry details. The configured active bike stock agent receives a minimal new-request notice without customer contact, directions or product details. The responsible stock agent can access jobs assigned to their account. Owner-stock enquiries are not shown in other agents’ desks. If an owner-arranged helper carries a delivery, the owner must share only the details needed for that handoff; a helper name does not create a staff account or general customer-data access. Hosting and database providers may process information as described in the final notice; the owner must verify those providers, locations and safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You choose what address, landmark and optional directions to provide. The owner must publish a contact and process for applicable access, correction, objection or erasure requests, subject to legal requirements.
Retention and security
The owner must define retention periods, restrict staff access, secure records, maintain backup and incident procedures, and document applicable breach notifications or cross-border safeguards before launch.
