Send an enquiryHow does delivery work?
Browse materials and send an enquiry with the item, size and quantity you need. If you want delivery, add a nearby landmark, building or entrance directions and your contact number. Deliv can call or message to clarify the destination. No GPS or stock-point selection is needed. The owner reviews new enquiries; they are not orders or delivery bookings.
Is delivery free?
The team will confirm service coverage and any applicable delivery charges when replying to your enquiry. No online delivery booking is available yet.
Does the website use my live location?
No. The current customer request forms do not ask your browser for a position, load a map or track your movements. Describe a nearby landmark and useful directions instead. We use the contact number you provide to clarify the delivery if needed.
Does an enquiry place an order?
No. An enquiry asks the team to check an item and respond. It does not place an order, reserve stock, take payment or confirm delivery.
How do I track my request?
Keep your enquiry reference for follow-up with the shop. Tracking keys apply only to existing delivery requests, not item enquiries.
How do I pay?
Online orders and payments are not available in this browsing/enquiry launch. Send an item enquiry to confirm price, availability and the next steps with Deliv. Do not pay using unverified recipient details.
What if something is out of stock?
Owner-managed and bike-agent stock stay separate. Quantities are not combined across those points to fulfil a basket. After reviewing your request and destination, the team confirms one stock point and discusses any alternative with you. An enquiry does not reserve stock.
